ABSTRACT
Introduction:
We report the case of a 10-year-old girl with vesicoureteral reflux and urine incontinence, caused by ureter duplication and ectopia. The clinical implications of different forms of ureter duplication are described. In the light of the diagnostic difficulties in this case, the epidemiology, clinical picture – different in girls and boys – and diagnostics of this relatively rare cause of different symptoms from the genitourinary system, are discussed. Key words: urinary incontinence, ureter duplication, ectopic ureter, children
