W artykule przedstawiono przypadek pacjentki, u której doszło do zawału serca bez uniesienia odcinka ST w przebiegu niedokrwistości z powodu krwawienia z dolnego odcinka przewodu pokarmowego

Anaemia should always be considered as a potential cause of an acute coronary syndrome. The case of an 83-year-old woman is presented who had undergone a non-ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) caused by severe anaemia due to bleeding from the lower section of the gastrointestinal tract.
