ABSTRACT
The article shows two principle areas of activities in the field of the integration of the disabled: mental, as well as economic and existential areas. Both areas are related to the integrated activities of three levels of authorities (governmental, self-governmental and non-governmental), which are evaluated from the aspect of specific activity for the benefit of the disabled. From the analyses presented there emerges a hierarchical structure of activities within which the mentioned areas are located.
