SPLEEN TUMOUR AS THE FIRST SYMPTOM OF T-CELL LYMPHOMA

ABSTRACT
The article describes the case of a patient with a tumor of the spleen found on ultrasound, and diagnosis verified with computed tomography of the abdomen. The patient underwent surgical resection of the spleen. Since histologic evaluation revealed the tumour to be the T-cell lymphoma, the patient was subsequently treated with chemotherapy.
