A case of 67-year-old patient is presented admitted to the Clinic due to jaundice, loss of body mass and change in the excretion rhythm. Based on the laboratory tests, ultrasonography, and computed tomography of the abdominal cavity performed the presence of pancreatic tumor. Histopathologic examination of the specimen of pancreas showed the presence of adenocarcinoma tubullare G2. The differentiation of jaundices has been presented based on the case described.
